Currently government encourage us to use EPF money to invest. I just withdraw my EPF money to invest in Mutual Fund. It's very easy step to do that. Check your EPF from account 1. Submit your application form to unit trust company and wait for EPF approval. Invest in unit trust is a long term saving. Make your money growth and don't keep it in one basket.

Credit Card Debts
Yesterday in Star newspaper Second Finance Minister Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcob announce that more than 6,000 credit card holders have been declared bankrupt in the past four years. The industry facing about RM2.5bil in bad debts! He also informed that up to February this year, there was a total of RM23.3bil in credit card debts of which RM20.8bil was the current debt.
Tips from me as a card holder's:
- Please pay more than minimum amount on time, if not your debt will be increase and you are unable to control it for the following month.
- Encourage to have only one credit card.
- If you are loyal to the card and was using it for more than 2 years please call up to Customers Service to wave the annual fees.
- Don't influence with credit card seller's even though they have give you a free gift.
- Always check and know your debt before swipe the card.
Manage yourself, manage your debts...... you are free from bankruptcy

Value For Money
I have read The Star on last Sunday 11 May by Stephen Ng mention about value for money. What can you eat with RM3 these days?
Yes with RM3 I think we can only eat nasi lemak with teh tarik. But in The Star Metro mention about Giant Hypermarket in Taman Connaught, Kuala Lumpur that there are stalls within the CMC Shopping Complex that serve decent meals for only RM3. Wow.... this is a great price. The set that costly RM3 is mutton curry, kangkong, sambal brinjal and cucumber served with a plate of white rice. Beside that they are many meals that we can choose with only RM3.
As we know these day we will have to live with much higher food prices. It's not easy to have a good lunch with RM3 per day. Normally if we take chicken and vegetable with white rice is cost RM4.50 to RM5.

Save money can get rich?
How to get rich? Does everyone makes enough money to become rich? It's not easy to get rich. But I want to get rich!!!!
Money did not come to us easily we must work hard to get the money. However to be stay in a better lifestlye we must know how to spend our money and getting your spending under control. Two things that very important is know what you earn and estimate what you spend each month. If you can manage this two things I believe your financial are save!
Remember that "saving will not make you rich. Only canny investments do that. The role of savings is to keep you from becoming poor". This statement is created by Jane Bryant Quinn.

Earn more.. spend more..
I always believe this word...if we earn more we will spend more! This is true! I'm look at my self during I was full time working especially when go out to shopping centre. I'm easily spend money because I'm think that I still have money and by end of the month my salary will be credited into my bank account. However I'm still can control my expenses and not overspend on it.
What I means by spend more is some people might be buy property which is good for investment and some people can change car every 2 years or may be eating outsite everyday and etc...
It's not important whether you spend more or less but the important thing is don't spend more than what you are earn. You will be in trouble if this happen to you.

Easier life with credit cards......
I started to hold my own cerdit card when I was 25 years old.... until today I'm still using it but very minimum...usage. I feel convenient to use credit card especially when I go shopping. I always make sure if I use it this month I will pay at least half from the expenses. Don't pay minimum payment which is shown in credit card statement. Keep in mind if we only pay minimum payment it will increase our debt...
Even though credit card give us great convenient and make our life easier but they can also make our life in trouble if we overspending on credit card. First of things that we need to remember is know your credit limit and set your own credit limit. Knowing your limitations could help you stop the unnecessary spending through the use of credit cards.
